OVERVIEW
A large period property fully refurbished to a grand specification. Works included all new mechanical and electrical systems, introducing underfloor heating to the first floor existing floors and completely re-wiring certain areas of the property.
Existing features were enhanced, one example being a glass walk on top and feature lighting beneath to the original internal well.
All new flooring, bathrooms and a full decoration scheme brought this property to the necessary standards for a modern country retreat.
Externally an extensive landscape scheme was included also incorporating a natural swimming pond.
