New build timber frame property located on the seafront, built over three stories. Completely bespoke construction with energy efficient systems installed including solar hot water, and a rainwater harvesting system. There is also a borehole which provides all water requirements. Completely finished internally in timber with all hardwood joinery and solid timber floors. The external building is finished in western red cedar weatherboard with all external decking and balconies in Iroko.
