A large-scale new build property finished to an extremely high specification with a full-size basement to both the main house and the attached garage with a luxury swimming pool & spa and other outbuildings. The project was completed over a period of almost three years.

The external finish of the building primarily includes the use of both Western Red & Eastern White Cedar Shingles. Internally the property includes a vast array of many luxury features and individual room specifications. A large package of the works included mains services to the property such as various Boreholes and air tubes to provide both water and heating for the house and other buildings plus the swimming pool. Also including a major landscape design undertaken.
